I'm an illustrator who loves telling little stories and finding inspiration in the wonderfully weird things around us.

After studying at Norwich School of Art, I found my feet in illustration and have never really stopped drawing. My work combines traditional materials with digital techniques, bringing together expressive drawing and a playful imagination.

I love drawing animals with personality and a little mischief, and I'm sometimes inspired by my own daughters to illustrate a girl off on an adventure. I'm drawn to images that spark curiosity, bring a touch of nostalgia and hint at stories waiting to unfold.

Nature is a constant source of inspiration. I'm fascinated by the colours, patterns and shapes found in the natural world, and the little details that make every creature unique. I also love travelling and discovering new places and cultures, often bringing little details and influences from my adventures into my work.

My work combines pencil, inks and gouache with digital elements, but I also enjoy creating entirely digital pieces, allowing me to explore a looser, more fluid approach to illustration.

A little more about me…

I grew up listening to David Bowie, and my teenage years were soundtracked by heavy metal influences that have stayed with me ever since!

I have a soft spot for all things '80s, especially fantasy films. Labyrinth and The NeverEnding Story are firm favourites.

Having grown up in Germany, I also have an enduring love of marzipan.

When I'm not drawing, you might find me taking a dip in the ocean, mooning over my Labrador (and my children!), gazing up at the stars or wondering about the mysteries of the universe and the deep oceans.
